Reporting Structure:

The CRM Administrator will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management system and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. You will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement CRM strategies, streamline processes, and optimize the system to meet our business needs. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user administration, data management, and system customization.
