• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the property
• Plan and execute household events and special occasions
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
• Handle household correspondence and maintain records
• Ensure the security and safety of the property and its residents
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Estate Manager
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of household management best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
