Reporting Structure: Reports to the Billing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Biller. As a Medical Biller, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for Medical Services provided by our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify medical documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any billing discrepancies
  • Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and coding guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy laws
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with the billing team to improve billing processes and efficiency

Qualifications:
