Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing employee payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our organization by ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and other withholdings
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
  • Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
