We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of accountants, monitoring the day-to-day accounting operations, and providing support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A high level of attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and tax filings
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management on key financial metrics and trends

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. CPA designation or equivalent certification
3. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance
4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Attention to detail and accuracy

11. Experience in the technology industry is a plus
