Job Description: Program Specialist
The Program Specialist will play a critical role in supporting and executing various programs within the organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and completion of programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives

- Provide logistical support for program events, including coordinating travel arrangements, securing venues, and managing attendee registrations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in program management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a technology or software company
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
