Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Bridal Stylist or in a similar role within the retail industry
  2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of various bridal gown designers, styles, and materials
  3. Ability to provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring an efficient and smooth operation of the bridal department
  6. Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor
  7. Flexible schedule, including working weekends and evenings as required by customer demand
