  4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  5. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Knowledgeable about fair housing laws, leasing contracts, and real estate procedures
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  8. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
