Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective renters
  • Assist with the leasing and application process, including conducting background checks and verifying income and rental history
  • Effectively market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions and complete lease agreements with approved applicants
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting thorough unit inspections
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
  2. Proven experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals
  4. Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and rental policies and procedures
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficient in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
