Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their activities to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred
  2. Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  6. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and meet deadlines
  7. Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software
  8. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  10. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  11. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
  12. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
