As a Property Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
  • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
  • Screen and select suitable tenants, conduct background and credit checks

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  2. Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  6. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  7. Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite
  8. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
  9. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  10. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
